FRONTEO, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Masahiro Morimoto)
has announced that the New York Office of its consolidated subsidiary FRONTEO USA, Inc.
(Headquarters: New York, USA; President & CEO: Naritomo Ikeue) has moved to the
address shown below.
Since the establishment of its US subsidiary in December 2007, the FRONTEO Group has
expanded its legal services to Japanese and other Asian companies with operations in the
US.
This relocation will enhance the Group’s consulting capacity to deal with cross-border
litigation cases faced by local subsidiaries of Asian companies, while reducing costs by more
than 50% by establishing a system to provide fast and economically rational solutions using
the Company’s strength in AI technology, and by improving efficient personnel systems and
space savings. The Company will further strengthen its support for local subsidiaries of Asian
companies in the US as well as law firms.
