  • Anny Ying

    • In-depth knowledge of litigation lifecycle, EDRM model and e-Discovery tool/platforms.
    • Experienced in e-Discovery project management. Provides consultation to clients and attorneys within all phases of the EDRM, project planning, and technical issues.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills with clients and attorneys to provide defensible solutions, improve efficiencies and streamline workflows in e-Discovery.
    • Problem-solver who effectively recognized and evaluates potential issues while recommending best solutions to avoid unnecessary delays in deliverables.
    • Bachelor of Commerce from University of Auckland, Double Major in International Business and Marketing.

  • Alvin Chen

    • More than 12+ domain experience in Digital Forensics, Cyber Security, eDiscovery and Cloud computing.
    • Focused on the collection, investigation and management of domestic criminal cases and litigation in CIB for 4Ys.
    • Had executed and managed more than 150+ domestic and cross-border forensics, cyber-security and eDiscovery cases and investigations with multiple industrial respects in connection with bribery, fraud, anti-trust, hacker intrusion, IP and firm irregularities; deliver professional best practices on digital devices collection like PCs, servers, cellular phones, memory storages and cloud platforms.
    • Former Technician/Consultant at Criminal Investigation Bureau, Microsoft and Acer.
    • Certificated of CEH, CHFI, AEIA (ArcSight), CCAH (Cloudera), AWS Architect-pro and Encase.
    • Master of Electronics Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University (NCTU).

  • Winston Chen

    • Conducted in 10+ eDiscovery and forensic projects related to antitrust, bribery, corporate misconduct, intellectual property theft and patent lawsuit.
    • Collected 200+ custodian’s PC and mobile phones, including server, archiving system and internal proprietary system.
    • Former System Engineer at NTT Data. In charge of developing banking system
    • Master of information engineering from Waseda University
